Eastern Railway will set up a dedicated helpline centre at its headquarters in Kolkata from November 1 to assist railway pensioners in submitting their Digital Life Certificates (DLC) under the nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0.
The campaign will run from November 1 to November 30, 2026. The helpline centre will operate from the Pension Section on the ground floor of the Eastern Railway Headquarters, 17, N.S. Road, Fairlie Place Building, Kolkata – 700001.
The centre will remain open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days throughout the campaign period. Railway pensioners experiencing difficulties in submitting their Digital Life Certificates can visit the centre for assistance.
To ensure smooth processing, pensioners are advised to carry their Aadhaar card with a linked mobile number, PAN card and original Pension Payment Order (PPO).
Apart from the headquarters facility, pensioners can also seek assistance from the nearest divisional or workshop offices of Eastern Railway for submitting their Digital Life Certificates.
