    Women Officers Shine at Air Force Academy Graduation Parade, Highlighting Growing Role of Nari Shakti in the IAF

    Women officers of the Indian Air Force (IAF) delivered an outstanding performance at the Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) held at the Air Force Academy, Dundigal, earning top honours across multiple branches and underscoring the increasing contribution of women to India’s military aviation and support services.

    Coinciding with the national celebration of 12 Years Of Nari Shakti, the achievements of the women officers reflected the growing prominence of women in leadership and operational roles within the Armed Forces.

    Flying Officer Ekta Gupta secured the prestigious President’s Plaque for attaining first position in the overall order of merit in the Navigation Stream, demonstrating exceptional professional competence and academic excellence during training.

    In the Ground Duty branch, Flying Officer Divyanshi Singh was awarded the President’s Plaque for securing first position in the overall order of merit, marking a significant achievement among the graduating officers.
    Further highlighting the high standards set by women officers, Flying Officer Divyanshi Singh emerged as the top performer in the Logistics branch, while Flying Officer Khushboo Yadav and Flying Officer Ambika Rashmi secured first position in the Accounts and Education branches respectively.

    The accomplishments of these officers reflect the Indian Air Force’s continued commitment to merit, professionalism and equal opportunities, while showcasing the expanding role of women across diverse operational and administrative domains.

    Their success at the Combined Graduation Parade stands as a testament to the spirit of excellence, leadership and empowerment that continues to drive the transformation of India’s Armed Forces, reinforcing the vision of a stronger and more inclusive military prepared to meet future challenges.
