Exercise Tarang Shakti 2026 continues to strengthen international air cooperation, with senior foreign military officials witnessing and engaging with participating air forces during the multinational exercise.
At Jodhpur, Sergio Gor, Ambassador of the United States to India, witnessed the jointness, interoperability and camaraderie demonstrated by the participating air forces, underscoring the growing depth of defence cooperation and operational engagement among partner nations.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Dominique Tardif, Vice Chief of the French Air and Space Force, held discussions with Air Vice Marshal Raj Thakur, Exercise Director, reaffirming the longstanding defence relationship and expanding operational cooperation between the Indian Air Force (IAF) and the French Air and Space Force.
The interactions highlighted the exercise’s role in promoting professional exchange, enhancing interoperability and fostering closer partnerships among participating air forces.
