The Passing Out Parade (POP) of the seventh batch of Agniveervayu trainees of Intake 01/2026 was conducted with military precision and grandeur at Air Force Station Jalahalli on 06 June 2026. The batch comprised 3,146 Agniveervayu trainees, including both men and women, who successfully completed 22 weeks of intensive military and professional training. The newly trained Agniveervayus are now prepared to assume their roles in the Indian Air Force as disciplined, skilled and mission-ready air warriors.
Air Vice Marshal Atul Laxmandas Golani, Command Technical Training Officer (CTTO), Headquarters Training Command, reviewed the parade and took the salute as the Reviewing Officer. He commended the trainees for their exemplary standards of drill, discipline and bearing displayed during the parade. Congratulating the graduating Agniveervayus on the successful completion of their training, he awarded trophies to meritorious trainees for their outstanding achievements in various categories.
Agniveervayu Nagaraj Dhulappa Chinchane of Communication Training Institute, Agniveervayu Priyanshu Gupta of Electronic Training Institute and Agniveervayu Shailendra Kushwaha of Electrical & Instrument Training Institute were adjudged as the “Best All Rounders” of their respective institutes.
Addressing the parade, Air Vice Marshal Golani underscored the importance of adaptability, continuous learning and professional excellence in the contemporary security environment. He urged the newly inducted Agniveervayus to leverage their training effectively, embrace emerging challenges and remain operationally prepared to meet the evolving demands of air power.
The Reviewing Officer also acknowledged the dedication and professionalism of the instructional staff and all personnel associated with the conduct of training at the various institutes and Air Force Station Jalahalli. Their unwavering commitment, he noted, continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of air warriors for the Indian Air Force.
