As part of the Independence Day celebrations, 595 cadets of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Gujarat Directorate, Ahmedabad Group, participated in a Tiranga Rally in Gandhinagar on Monday, joining more than 50,000 people in a display of patriotism and national pride.
The rally was flagged off by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel in the presence of senior ministers and other dignitaries.
The NCC cadets marched with the Tricolour, displaying enthusiasm, discipline and a strong sense of commitment towards the nation. Their participation highlighted the role of NCC in fostering patriotism, leadership and a spirit of service among the youth.
The large-scale rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens, with the Tricolour adding to the patriotic fervour across Gandhinagar. The event also underscored the spirit of unity and collective participation in the run-up to the 80th Independence Day.
