The third edition of the Military-Civil Fusion Conclave concluded successfully at Rangia,
marking a significant step towards enhancing coordination between military and civil
stakeholders. The event was organised by the Red Horns Division under Gajraj Corps and
highlighted the importance of unified efforts in strengthening national security while
    fostering regional development.
The conclave brought together representatives from the Indian Army, Central Armed Police
Forces (CAPFs), State Government agencies, and the Civil Administration. The discussions
were marked by depth, clarity, and a forward-looking approach, focusing on shared
    responsibilities and collaborative frameworks.
Participants emphasized the need for strengthened jointness and seamless inter-agency
coordination to address emerging challenges. Key areas of focus included regional stability,
security, development initiatives, and effective Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief
    (HADR) operations.
The agencies collectively reaffirmed their commitment to working in close synergy to ensure
peace, stability, and sustainable development in the region. The conclave underscored the
growing importance of military-civil fusion as a cornerstone for integrated national progress.
