    Gajraj Corps Conducts Seminar on Enhancing Operational Readiness Through Mental Fortitude

    Under the aegis of Eastern Command, Gajraj Corps conducted a four-day seminar in Tezpur aimed at strengthening the cognitive resilience and mental fortitude of troops deployed in operational areas.
    The seminar commenced with an address by Lt Gen VMB Krishnan, Army Commander, Eastern Command. It featured insightful interactions with eminent scientists from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO, including Director DIPR Mrs Nishi Misra and Dr J K Singh.

    Representatives from the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and other Central Security Organisations operating in the 4 Corps Zone also participated in the seminar.

    The initiative highlighted the critical role of mental resilience, cognitive preparedness and psychological well-being in enhancing the operational readiness and effectiveness of personnel serving in challenging operational environments.
