    General Neeraj Sukla Interacted With CM And Governor Of Arunachal Pradesh Today

    Lt Gen Neeraj Shukla, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Gajraj Corps, called on the  Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen KT Parnaik (Retd), and the  Chief Minister, Pema Khandu, at Tawang.
    During the interaction, discussions were held on various aspects of civil-military coordination and ongoing as well as future developmental initiatives in border areas of the state. Emphasis was laid on strengthening synergy between the Armed Forces and civil administration to enhance infrastructure, connectivity, and socio-economic growth in remote regions.
    The  Governor and Chief Minister expressed their appreciation for the Indian Army’s sustained efforts and unwavering commitment towards improving the quality of life for local communities in far-flung areas of Arunachal Pradesh. They also acknowledged the Army’s significant role in catalysing the Vibrant Village Programme and fostering integration of border villages into the broader framework of national development.
    The interaction reaffirmed the shared commitment towards ensuring security, development, and inclusive growth in the strategically important border regions of the state.
